I get concerned when a CEO agrees to meet one on one with a shareholder and gives him information that is not shared and the same CEO does not schedule a shareholder meeting as promised to allow other shareholders a chance to publicly ask questions especially in light of the broken promise to complete the audited financials from last year. I am feeling less confident with Victor after your disclosure.
