I think we might also get a declaratory judgement from the the court as well so there can be no mistaking whether the bonds ate real which they are.

Sidney should still go after ING for lying. Yup I think punitive damages will be awarded as well as a reasonable settlement for the unredeemed bonds.

Maybe a punitive damages award might even cover Lionsgate's commission charges?
