Let's take Nancy Drew and the shift. Last night with a runner on third in a 1-0 game and 1 out Nancy strides to the plate hitting a robust .170 something. A shift is put on with the 3rd baseman moving to SS and the SS moving to shallow right. Does Nancy drop a bunt down third to plate a run and tie the game - Nooooooooooo Nancy exhibits his batting acumen and strikes out.


Silence is golden but duck tape is gray.
