It has always bought and renovated obsolete mines and brought them up to accepted levels of safety and compliance with State requirements for a Mining Permit.

What??? That is complete nonsense. Mike Chaffee and Don Jenkins have promoted their worthless mining claims together for years, scamming millions off of gullible investors. There were no "renovations", or bringing anything into compliance with State permits. Just lots of promoting. And lots of pissed-off investors.

The current switch to water rights is probably a scam too, based on past business ethics by Mr. Chaffee.
