Which is why I wrote "Surely senior ERHC management always has such information, and affiliates like Chrome are presumed to have special access, which is why they are listed as affiliates and their trading announced and scrutinized."
Chrome is an affiliate of ERHC according to Rule 144, not management, lol (!!!), thus the word "and" describing two different groups.
Not doing something is doing that thing? Really?
Perhaps in some alternate reality, lol, but certainly not under the SEC definition of the prohibition against insider trading.
Anyone wishing to understand actual reality may read SEC Rule 144, Regulation FD, Final rule, and Rules 10b5-1 and 10b5-2 to understand this non-issue, and the ERHC SEC filings for the actual reality as to who are current management and affiliates.
I'll not waste my time with fantasy.
