Crawford-I agree on everything except the bit on the person being paid for the simple reason that he is extremely repetitive, incompetent and ineffective in what he does, and imo there are much better and more qualified folks to do get the intended effect.
I know most would disagree, but imo to use an old quote, "This a lone gunman acting alone."
