First of all, I'd like to make a point. Some people are pointing to the Prospectus and seeing all the risks and panicking over it. Lets get one thing straight THE VAST MAJORITY OF PENNY STOCKS ARE A RISK. Investors buy these stocks based on potential. That being said, if you do the research for ACTC, you'll know it had major potential, and regardless of how much debt it has if it succeeds none of that will matter. Now on another note I'd like to ask when are phase 1 results being posted? I keep hearing something about news being released soon but can't find anything on it.
