I don't think that was a wrong price or decimal error entered in...

Honestly, how does one want and try to enter in say realistically ".0001" but end up entering in ".0096"? It's quite way off lol!

But really what matters here is the amount of money that was spent, which was $10,560 (.0096 times 1,100,000). So even if the person wanted and got in at .0001, that's still $10 grand being spent here!

As to why or the meaning, that would only be speculation... (or manipulation)
