This could be slowing by the NNVC expending money for the lab.

This could be from the Yelling statements on biotechs being stretched.

TOX start could jump NNVC.



If NNVC raises capital, knee jerk reaction likely would be negative. Although the last raise through warrants did not have any impact (over $10 million). Wonder what price will be settled upon for the facility?

My feeling, start of TOX will be very, positively received by many investors--myself included.
