Well after thinking about it I believe it is best that the two shareholders give their shares to Matt. Then we will not expect the two shareholders to dump 4 million shares in October.

Now keep in mind the two shareholders are doing this because they are not happy with the CYBK business plan IMO.

Good thing Matt is an insider and knows more than the two shareholders ;)
