Happens all the time with these OTC stocks. Usually lasts for a few seconds before correcting. Someone entered a buy order with the wrong decimal place. When you're dealing with sub pennies you really have to watch that decimal place. That's why when I place an order to buy or sell I triple check my order before submitting.
