I don't know why some of the shareholders here that own so many shares like in the 10's of millions don't get together and demand a shareholders meeting and have a vote of no confidence for Scott. Surely there are enough share held by several of these people or groups that have enough power to have this done, and maybe then we can hire someone to move the company forward. jmho
