He is referring to the operational funding received by JDF cap it was in a PR statement give or take few weeks ago. This is the official notice to SEC and details of it (bought at .03 and I believe .04 share)

Here's what doesn't make sense to me? If SWET is issuing shares via convertible notes then why did common stock outstanding after teh offering get even more diluted?
