It simply is not just bad luck. It is realistically the fact that the management is not respecting true Business principals.

In order for a potential Investor to fund a project or Company they have a reasonable expectation of not only the return of their Principal but a healthily profit return. Sarissa can not supply any confidence in that regard.

The Company must redefine who and what they are. At this point there is a greater chance of the Company folding than succeeding. If they "fold" the asset you refer to as good for family will not be a consideration.
