very helpful. A lot of individuals are receiving theirs this past week. Looks like PVEC is determined to get them out to those who qualify.

It seems to be a very 'nightmare-ish' exercise. Had to have been a better way in order to keep the investors off their back!!!

I have been patient and not inquired... but my patience is thin right now and I suspect I will as well have to pester them to determine if and when I get mine as well. The whole process was very poorly managed.
