Well, that outside group of investors didnt have to purchase this latest bunch at $1.00 a share. They already had secured the earlier private placement at a much lower level. If I was in their position, would I be purchasing at $1.00 if I didn't think it still represented good value? No, I would have been selling the earlier shares I bought at $.05. Not sure why or how you're trying to spin the latest purchase as a bad thing, but your logic is flawed.
