I agree. I'm against a buy-out at this point. The company would be significantly undervalued and purchased at a steal.

But I'm less worried about buy-outs and mergers than I am waiting for the manipulation to play out. But knowing bio stocks too well, it will not end. Prices can move north (good news, undervalued) but make no mistakes about it - manipulation at every step.
