Is this what was expected after finding a partner, completing the FTG, receiving cash and some amount of carry? under 10 cents? +- a few cents from the .075 failed offering price, particularly with a stock that can have a bid/ask spread of a couple of cents at any given time, yes that is my idea of dead money. Not sure why it is so difficult to admit this. I'm not saying the price won't break out once the right type of developments start to leak out. I believe it could go up to .30 or more. I'm just saying, and have been saying for almost 2 years, that it's not time yet. But it is getting closer.
