I understand the personal aspect of the situation. I was driven to do the same a few years back. I won in court and had to sue in civil court(? - I can't remember exactly) for damages. I did and won there too, however getting the money was more difficult than I thought. The person I took to court had all sorts of clever ways of hiding cash.
