I can't see why this has not faced suspension from trading and gone into the Greys...
The Vir2o seemed like it was on the up&up in till the release date came and they did a R/S.
It seems to me,(IMO) that they had success with that strategy. A "Killer Product released", a 1:500 R/S, then printing more shares diluting the share value as it plummets down back to the trip's. This is a smart kid, using Wall Street as his personal Welfare office.
Unless this "Student connect" is some Trojan horse, swiping Verizon's for account information, billing all their subscribers back to the stone age, we just still might have something here, like ZERO on the bid, No volume and a new R/S in the horizon..
Time to BIG L on those cheap ones...ECDC
