Let me start by brining up a few facts about Mammoth Energy Group.
I have seen or should I say the lack of information put out by this company. William Lieberman Chief Executive Officer and President of Mammoth Energy Group has not been truthful or kept investors informed on his business dealings. He does not have the legal right to give away company property at a extreme discount without allowing the investors who are the legal owners of the company to vote on this issue first. And Mammoth Energy Groups has posted on their site the true value of this land located in Chile. Their post below:

The value of acres in Chile has been estimated to be $10,000 to $30,000 depending on lithium concentration levels.

For William Lieberman to state he will accept $150.000 does more then under mind the investor.
I feel any court in our nation will figure out something is not right. I feel Lieberman and his group of co man are trying to pull a fast one. And if this deal goes down you can be sure someone other then William Lieberman will be receiving a large sum under the table of our hard earned money.
The transaction of this size can easily be found and even if it is repeated lower amounts sent over time. Any and all transactions can be found. The thing is we as a group have to step forward and do something about this mess real fast. I have less then several people willing to take a stand at this point to fight this situation.
