If I am sitting on the FDA panel for this request for approval and have recommended the new class category in which PEMF would be placed and granted acceptance with controlled standards, this letter would not sit well with me (to say it mildly). Another department interfering in the decision making of my department insinuates the proposed parties thoughts of incompetence of my department when addressing this issue and I would take it as the utmost insult and interference from another department critical of my decision making.
