This price range is where some of the shorts are covering and then taking out new shorts in this .029 price range... and then there will be those who deny vehemently that's not happening as they proceed to press the enter key to buy their next short position. I've been around enough to see the ones who pose as the longs are the shorts and most work for brokerages or trading floors. They're not retail.
