I have been as negative as anyone on PR policy - while this was not received with the same pop as one would expect it is a move in the right direction, IMO

I am not ready to get in deeper until the next quarter report comes out - if they dismiss quarterly fluctuations like they are to be accepted we go no where

If the next quarter is $2.8 - $3 M where I think it should be to make up for the "quarterly fluctuation" then I will go back in

I hope they do not use the lack of interest to reinforce the idea that PR's are a waste of time

They need to prove they can execute
