The Cost of Goods Sold that MJNA has been reporting for CanChew has been all over the map.
In 2Q/13, MJNA reported CanChew sales of $9.8K, but COGS of $17.5K
3Q/13, CC revs were $34K, with COGS $17.4K
4Q/13 Revs $58K, COGS $0
No way to know for sure, but it looks like bad accounting, where they allocated all the costs to earlier quarters (remember those photos from late 2012 or early 2013 showing pallets of boxes of gum?)
I don't think Imbimbo's that solid of a CPA, and maybe that's why his license renewal is still in process, six weeks after Doc K first noted that the process had begun:
