You forget, this is pinksheets. Do you know there are companies who have a lot of shares to and they are not at the pinksheets and I can see a buy price at 3.7$ and.... they have a lot of debt, really to much for me with so many shares. You cannot compare one with another, but I prefer to be in a company who has fast no debts at all and that's really a plus sign. This is a reason why I have bought shares. You must look at the future and I know it takes time to invest if you really like to make a good investment. So many companies are not happy with a take-over because they have not made a very good research before. But with already assets in Real Estate I agree this price is much to low and must go higher.
