Looking like once again the buyers got what they wanted and went home and the sellers remain. Someone wants out real bad or there is someone helping the shorts cover. As a Long I believe we are real close to a much needed order announcement. 30% increase in big rig truck mileage has got to get a lot of attention. I am long in ECSL and wait for the change of pace.
