It doesn't matter. Radient no longer exists. The company is dead. The shares are revoked. 5 billion are not gonna come back from revok, that would be a nightmare to deal with from the perspective of the company.
I am not sure why people are still following on this. For all what is worth, and no matter how they will restructure, I hope they fail. If there is angel investors and a take over group, i hope they lose their money like shareholders did. If they succeed, it is irrelevant to previous shareholders.
