and it doesn't matter that the owners of the private company include entities owned individually by the officer/directors/consultants/related parties and family members of these officers/directors/consultants?

Really? No kidding. AVT is the manufacture of the machines and sells them to the companies. Of course the people who put the product in the machines makes the money off the sales of their product. AVT makes their money on selling the machines. GEESH
