The stock price is being held down by the shares of common being 'unlocked' from the recent offerings. Look at the large blocks of shares sitting on the ask in the .49 area. There are plenty of people out there that are satisfied with a double. Dilution hurts pretty bad.

IMO, If cryoport was in danger of a funding crunch FedEx or DHL would step forward and make an offer for the company. In a heart beat, for pennies on the dollar. Even at 28 million market cap...chump change for either one. Their CEO isn't losing sleep over cryoport's cash position....probably hoping it gets worse.
