conversion should be over soon...If not already!

Expecting news from the following areas:

1 - Complete payment of debt the tidbit that is left.
2 - Updated audited financial. 12 million in revs
3 - New MMJ contract.
4 - Company merger news as alluded by CEO in con call.
5 - Complete buyout of company @ .04+ as alluded to by CFO in con cal..
