I'm curious to see what the SEC thinks about selling leases under SOG's name and then transferring 50% out to Cactus, prickly pear's other company, before the Division Orders are issued by Devon. I am being told that in part is the hold up on the Orders. I continue to get past due notices from Devon for production in part due to prickly pear's antics.
