I saw this trade as well. It doesn't make sense this time. Last time the stock was almost $5 and then the Seeking Alpha article came out which drove it down to $4 when the first trade was put in. Now it's trading at $4 and there's about 3 weeks left on the new trade. If anything there is more potential the stock will go UP than down now with the impending announcement of trials beginning.
Strange trade, the only thing I see would be some kind of negative announcement in next weeks earnings release which I doubt.
Don't see this trade making money unless the puts were sold, but there is no way to see that, that I know of.
