the 3 K or so per month for social media paid by AP is NOT considered to be out of line or big bucks.

As for restricted stock.........restricted pink sheet shares can have the legend removed exactly 1 year from issuance with a proper legal opinion. Restricted OTCQB (SEC filer) certificates can have the legend removed after 6 months with the proper legal opinion.

Given that we still have a DTC chill, it would be very difficult to get any new stock issued, even if the legend is removed, into a brokerage account for sale.
