The August 14th date was placed there within a day or two of the 20 day deadline that expired when Huffy/Klein didn't respond to the Motion for Summary Judgment. If Huffy plans to delay then he needs to respond in some way to the Motion first. The Judge isn't stupid. The 1B shares are worth $3.5MM, if legit.
