This has everything to do with revenues/ paid or exchanged funds/goods/services, from Verizon to Student Connect and/or vice versa; but your answer, if not found in current filings today, may come out when this fall's revenues are occurring. Watch for it then, as well.

I see your apparent concerns but you are right. Whatever your expectations are, I hope you are satisfied when the news comes, one way or the other.

Are you able to bring up the SEC filings of ECDC/ Student Connect and Verizon, on your computer? Did you post the SEC filings site in one of your recent posts? If not , others have, which may assist you.

1)If the answer you are seeking is an SEC requirement,....2)and its not documented in this current filing,....(read it once more for yourself, not that long, plain language),... 3).... then I would have to assume that whatever is the answer to your ??? will come out in the next filing, by both companies.

Okay after all of that information where is the SEC Filing link that shows that ECDC will get paid by Verizon for StudentConnect? Also please provide the page/section number where this can be read.

Okay at least 4 StudentConnect PR's sent to various media outlets. So okay.....where is a shred of Evidence telling the Market now....not time-buying waiting until the Fall...who the StudentConnect Advertisers are now. Not just now but rightnow. Seriously IMO the CEO isn't going to wait until the Fall to compensate himself....LOL

IMO, this Verizon revenue info if it were available should be easy to provide via a SEC Filing. IMO if not ECDC Distractions would need to be created
