From my understanding that in order for the plaintiff to request that the motion for summary judgement be postponed it would have had to have been requested during the 20 day response time frame, and therefore being there was no response or request for postponement during this timeframe, the only thing taking place on August 14th is the awarding of summary judgement and therefore the decision has already been made and will be announced in favor of TEMN on this day,It cannot be reopened they were given adequate time to respond and failed to do so!..It is too late to submit evidence "this case is closed!"
