Roofie is being moved. He got into trouble in Texarkana so he is being moved to a new facility. Right now he's in the Federal transfer facility in Oklahoma City pending transfer to a different "permanent" FCI prison. He may be heading to a medium security prison, possibly Beaumont, Texas.

Dude couldn't stay out of trouble for even two years. He's gonna have a hard time until 2031. Bouncing around the BOP getting his ass kicked.
