Actually he wasn't "there". VP claimed debt was owed to them at TEXX and only Klein could issue shares, not Zo. I have posted this info over and over. Zo trusted them.

Look at the court records. The next hearing is August 14th. Nothing has changed.

Those are not updated on a daily or even weekly basis. some times case results or reschedules don't appear on the website until a week or so after the date in this case august 14th...... which BTW..... is still nearly an entire month away :) Lots of time for huffman to call in sick. and the best way to check for a reschedule is to keep in contact with the attorney offices, not the state website because again, it's not updated timely.

Maybe it's best to review the Sarasota records as well (the other cases Huffy/Klein brought and never won). You can find out a lot of things about how Huffy/Klein operated at TEXX.

Already have. I've studied everything you posted over the last year... at least i've read through it once a piece. I don't disagree they were WRONG... questions i have are about unregistered TEMN shares hitting the market under Zo's nose. Ignorance, incompetence, whatever, doesn't look so good. and also about the delays... this stuff goes on and on for months/years. no end in site IMO
