That is an excellent question. I am actually curious to see if Drew's always ethical, always deliberate and always determined approach will have an impact. From years of experience he will be honest, he will be deliberate and he will be determined IMO. Will that have an impact? It should IMO. But when he stepped off the plane in Afghanistan to train the Afghan National Army he didn't start shouting, "You don't know how to read!? You don't know how to read!?" He got to know people, he assessed what was and wasn't possible, he pushed where movement could happen and he bided his time where big breakthroughs were needed and all he could do was prepare the ground. If the previous COBs were like that then apparently it doesn't work. Get to know Drew and form your own opinion. He will be at SHM as, I hope, so shall I. Best regards, IJO
