FBCD acquisition deal under old management did not go through. Sorry for the investors who anticipated acquisition to be fruitful. According to my reseach on present CEO Frank Russo, he seams to be hard working, honest and dignified manager. Which ever organization he joined in the past, he added great value to it. His experience in marketing makes me believe that he can make it happen for FBCD also. As an investor I have no reason for not to trust him or ignore his future prediction for FBCD. All investors must research them self and make their own decision before investing in FBCD, as I did.
