Fact the company used dilution of shares to pay for their endless fruitless adventure.
Fact the company isn't current on financials, thus stop sign.
Fact company has endless made promises and set deadlines it has failed to meet.
Fact the company doesn't keep the investors who money they have used up to date.
Fact we have no marketing plan in the U.S., no advertisements, no exposure.
Fact the pps has done nothing but wane down to now dismal state.
Fact the volume has been little to none, especially with current share structure.
Fact we haven't heard a word from Lauren Fix in months.
Fact Company can't keep anyone in the role of running the business side with any experience in do so.
