My question to Mark would have to be what does he mean when he says - we'll integrate with Form 10 and submit via Edgar. Is this a whole new process he did not mention with a whole new time scale. I was thinking the minute the audit was done, the form 10/audit would be filed.
If Mark is filing on Friday (good for him). If he is BS'ing with a play on words here and we'll integrate means 2 - 4 more weeks than in my opinion I can only say BS.

At that point, we'll integrate with Form 10 and submit via Edgar toward becoming a fully reporting company!
