Yes JV means joint venture and there is plenty of reason to believe this tech could lead to JVs for tissue or rejuvenation centers or specific areas of medicine via INDs for oestarthritis , MS, trauma, diabetes, etc.

Only about 6-7 mil is pertinent debt and a 4 million market cap. Potential is enormous..... Could easily be a 20 bagger in a matter of months...

Now only if the company was not so silent... Hmmm. Not for long. It has to get liquid and recover market valuations for all the stakeholders. And there are big ones here.
