Janice, I didn't really spend a lot of time on any of the stocks that were suspended except for PHOT, CANN, AEGY/SKTO and FSPM. I never claimed to have looked into them deeply, and my cursory look at any of the others suggested not to waste my time. I warned investors publicly about FSPM on several occasions, but for other reasons than the apparent issue. On AEGY/SKTO, I pointed to several flaws to my own subscribers. I had no formal recommendation of CANN at the time of the suspension. I have never seen a good explanation for the PHOT suspension. Do you have one?

So, you think 30-day exclusivity is enough to compensate for the risks associated with filling out a Form 211?
