I agree. The situation stinks. Would it be appropriate to call CHLO"s American business office to see if anyone picks up the phone? Maybe go a step further and ask for a quote too ship (X) goods to (Y) city in China. If the answering person were willing to discuss the matter, I would take it as a good sign that the company is still active.
