The annual meeting i snot normally a place for the company to give any news.
It is a process to enable board members to be appointed and in this case permission to expand the Authorised share count giving the company some freedom to make investments using shares without having to come to the shareholders again.
I no longer watch during the day as I have a new contract on site so was annoyed that I didnt see the spike to 6.30 where i may have taken some of my $5 august calls off the table for a 3 bagger.

All Andy is doing is executing the business plans from December, no surprise to anyone Only thing done that wasnt in that business plan was the ReliOn deal, which is really about re-risking and cost reduction anyway.
