So many red flags, as you & others have pointed out.

This CEO don't support the PPS ever.

Funny play this one is; SEC Audited Fins, appearance of legitimacy, so peeps keep getting played by a CEO who like to do the modest R/S, keep A/S the same & watch peeps get crushed, & do it all over again. Well if he goes through with this R/S I report him & Ron Shultz of Surety for possible fraud deceiving investors, eh Shultz!
