Whoever said this could be the next PLUG may not be exaggerating too much. If this company reaches 1.23 volts this year, that is the point at which water separates into hydrogen and oxygen. That will make the PPS skyrocket IMO. At that point, it's just about refining the technology to get to 1.5, and you may see some huge federal dollars coming in if they get to 1.23 given the emphasis on hydrogen technology.
