"AND Yes, you're one of the 39 plus people" Really. Do TMMI's lawyers send you the details of who, what, when and how they are constructing their case? You post as if they do. It appears you're just as much an insider as Picker is.

I was never a shareholder in DFI and I really don't think TMMI wants to have me give a deposition or testify with the knowledge I have heard and witnessed concerning the lies, deceit, and fraud that TMMI did in the early 2000's. Then again, with all of the wonderful advisors, they just might continue to shoot themselves in the foot.

I never said I lived in Las Vegas. I did from '93 to '98 but now just go there for one week a month on average for business.
